Ryan Hogaboam is a Tacoma DUI Attorney and Criminal Defense Attorney providing thorough and dedicated legal representation to the accused. Charged with a crime, you may feel isolated, lost, and option-less. Proper legal representation addresses these negative experiences in two ways.

First, we use thoughtful and engaged communication to provide you with the knowledge you need to have ownership of the situation. We pledge to be transparent (avoiding legal jargon whenever possible and taking the time to answer all questions) and accessible (via email or phone with as little time getting back to you as possible).

Second, skilled negotiation and command of the law reinforces the assurance that you are getting the best legal representation possible. This combination of effective communication and legal skills ensures that you will have a superior experience as our client.

Meet the Lawyer

Ryan Hogaboam

I was born in Tacoma and raised in the Northwest. I’ve traveled around the US, including a three-year stint in Los Angeles, and I’ve traveled abroad, too: by taking advantage of study abroad programs I spent months in Europe and South America. But there’s no place quite like my home town, Tacoma. Small town feel with the perks of big city living; Tacoma really is, as singer-songwriter Neko Case said, “a dusty old jewel in South Puget Sound.”

  • “I have worked with Ryan on cases and personally witnessed his diligence and attention to detail. Ryan cares about his clients and will fight for them to assure that they get the best possible outcome. Ryan is down to earth and juries love him.”

  • “While working with Ryan Hogaboam I felt completely valued and educated about the D.U.I charge I was facing. As many know, getting charged with a first time D.U.I can be very stressful and Ryan and his team not only made me feel comfortable but they also reduced my charges significantly. Ryan handles himself very well in a courtroom in front of a judge. Thank you so much for your hard work and dedication.”
